X-LARGE STYLE CASES
Solid oak or open
aluminum skids permit the largest cases to be easily moved by fork lift
or pallet jack. Skids can also be combined with removable wheels, for
mobility where fork lifts can't maneuver.
Removable tall lid
eases loading/unloading heavy contents, and handle placement can be
determined by the customer's needs.
Handles and catches
are recessed into case walls for minimal profile during shipment.

Case size is limited
only by the size of a sheet of plywood (48" x 96").
Heavy duty casters can include toe-activated locking levers to hold
case immobile when desired.
Dual sets of handles
provide maximum flexibility for lifting. Grips are heavy duty rubber,
spring-loaded to hold them against case walls..

This customer needed
an assortment of items at every trade show they attended, and feared
that separate cases could get lost in shipment. The solution: a multi-layered
case, with three separate levels ‘piggybacked.' Each level lifts
off separately (note handles) for packing/unpacking. Levels are interchangable,
and lid fits any of them.
Removable wheels
provided mobility on site, while skids permitted easy access by fork
lift.

Texas Instruments
produced the instruments for showing the digital version of "Star
Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace," and we produced 5-piece sets
of cases to transport this equipment to theaters around the country.
This Extra Large case held a pressurized scissors lift that raised their
assembled equipment to the needed height for projection into the theater
below.
Stenciling helped
TI track which instruments went where, as well as providing warnings
to shippers.
